QUICK START & CALIBRATION:
1. Turn on the device away from any wall or metal surface.
2. Select your desired mode (METAL or VOLTAGE) using the function switch.
3. Slowly turn the Power Tuner knob until the unit becomes silent and the light turns off. The device is now calibrated.
4. Place flat against the wall and move slowly from left to right.
Metal Mode: Solid light + continuous tone when metal is detected.
Voltage Mode: Flashing light + beep tone when live AC wire is detected.

TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQs:
Device won't turn on or no indicators: Check that a fresh 9V battery (6F22) is properly installed with correct polarity (+/-).
False positives or continuous beep: Re-calibrate the device! Turn the Power Tuner back until the sound and light stop completely before scanning. Avoid testing near strong magnetic fields or heavy electronic interference.
Inconsistent readings: Ensure you are scanning slowly and keeping the device flat against the wall. Note: Device cannot reliably detect AC voltage through metal pipes or metal-shielded walls.
Device not detecting: Confirm the mode switch is set to the correct setting (METAL vs VOLTAGE) for the object you are searching for.
